Damion forgot to put back my water softener hose. Shortly after, my water softener purged and now my basement is flooded. After calling plumbrite back, they sent a mitigation guy over and told me that I would have to file an insurance claim with my insurance and I could hire the mitigator for $7,000 to fix my flooring. Plumbrite is not an option I would go with and if you do. Do not sign any of the paperwork at the end without having a 2nd plumbing company look at their repairs. Once you sign they are released from any liability after the fact. Even if it was an honest mistake. Seriously, take your business elsewhere. This is not an Honest company.

We had to have our entire sewer line replaced, as we live in an old part of town, and had a massive root invasion in the system.. these guys were very careful with a very old (27 yearish) flower planter of my wife’s…. We had our main sewer line back up, Cole came out and snaked and video inspected our main sewer line and determined the blockage was in the city sewer. He then got in contact with his boss and organized the city workers to come out and hydro jet the city sewer which cleared the blockage and fixed the issue. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional and helped to resolve our issues. I would highly recommend

Chris and Quint were very polite and professional. They worked for 2 hours to hydro-jet tree roots from our sewer line. The rate was $505.00 an hour, that is reasonable for the job they did. I can’t say enough good things about JTM Plumbing and Drain in Omaha. I had a major plumbing issue come up late Friday afternoon around 2:30–3:00. A trusted recommendation pointed me to JTM and specifically the owner, Jon, as an honest company to work with. I reached out to Jon directly—even though he was on vacation, he responded quickly, gave me a fair eyeball estimate, and pointed me to the right place to leave a voicemail since the office was closed. When I called, their project manager Nick answered on the first ring and immediately got someone scheduled for Monday morning. The crew was on site right around 8:30–8:45 a.m., exactly as promised. They repaired a sheared pipe in my basement using cast iron, fixed the drain issue, installed a new sink, and added quarter-turn shutoffs to supply lines in both my upstairs kitchen and downstairs bathroom. The work was done professionally and correctly. The technician, Adam, was outstanding. He kept me informed the entire time, explained what he was doing and why, and never made me feel like I was in the way—even though I’m a curious homeowner who likes to understand what’s going on. He was respectful, thorough, and meticulous, and the cleanup afterward was excellent. This is a well-run, honest, professional company from top to bottom. I couldn’t recommend JTM Plumbing and Drain any higher, and I’ll absolutely be using them again. They’ll be coming back to install gas lines and handle additional work for me in the future. i contacted alexis's finest plumbers to check out a plumbing problem in a bathroom addition. they took on the challenge right away and found out the drain needed to be redone due to a bad installation, plus some tree roots had gotten into the sewer line. the job turned out bigger than expected, so it took a bit longer, especially since some carpentry work was needed from another contractor. still, they kept at it until everything was finished and working great. landon and earl were the first ones on site and handled all the tough demo and cleanup. when earl had to step away for a bit, avery came in to help wrap things up. at another point, landon got a hand from avery too. they were all friendly, hard-working, and really knew their plumbing. i would definitely recommend this team if you need plumbing help—very thorough and dependable.

This is the second time I have called on this plumbing company. Avery was very respectful and honest throughout the process. I had an excellent experience when they came out to my home. Cory arrived right on time, worked quickly, and really knew his stuff. He patiently answered all my questions about my older home's plumbing, and gave me helpful advice for future projects I might want to tackle, on top of fixing the main issue I had—poor water flow in my upstairs shower. When I needed a plumber again, my hot water heater started leaking. The team from Miles's Plumbing was professional and showed up right on time. While working, Roman noticed something important in my basement—a big hole in a pipe coming from my furnace. Even though it wasn't part of the job, he let me know right away. I didn't realize this was why we were having trouble with our heat, especially since the furnace is new and the hole was in a ceiling vent I never would have checked. Major Drain worked on a water main leak at a flared union buried 12 feet underground and 3 feet from the house. Dayton patiently answered all my questions prior to the scheduled date. The crew showed up on time, Dan and Dayton reassessed what the project would entail, and went with the least invasive option, which was less costly than what I was quoted. I was very impressed with how considerate they were of causing the least amount of damage to the house. They were very mindful of the landscaping protecting it with plywood, which made returning things back to their original state very easy. The crew was polite and worked tirelessly even though the temperature dropped to 22 degrees throughout the morning. Sergio was incredibly skilled with the excavator and everyone appeared to know what they were doing. The people I spoke with at the office were always pleasant and professional. My experience was very positive; I would certainly contact them again.

We bought our home five months ago, and due to undisclosed information from the previous owners, our basement pipes needed urgent repair. We called Zach from Local Plumbing and Drain and he was quick to come assess the pipes (always get an inspection of plumbing and get a home warranty). Anyway, once we signed the estimate, they came out within a few weeks and did an excellent job on installing new pipes.
