These guys are amazing! I called about my sewer line being clogged with tree roots. They came as soon as they could and fixed the problem and let me know what to do to help with tree roots. They are very friendly and kind. I would recommend them to everyone!

Nathan came over on a saturday when I had called earlier that morning and he did everything he could to help us out we just unfortunately need new toilets. With that being said he came and did work for us and couldnt get them unclogged but also didn't charge me for coming over. I am very grateful for him and his team. One of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Great communication throughout the process, and excellent work done to fix our 2 drain issues. Cole and Reeses were great to work with. From the initial call to the work getting completed in a timely fashion, I was really impressed.

Everything you are reading is spot on guys, there is overpriced and then there are these guys. do yourself a favor and find someone else to do it. They don't come when you need them only when they have multiple people in that area so they can charge every single person the same amount as separate trips. They showed up and did not even have the equipment they needed and proceeded to use my snake as they did not even have one. So for a simple clogged drain that they used my snake for that only 30 minutes they proceeded to charge over 500. I called and asked for a detailed bill and they said they are out of the office right now and would call back when they are, yes you already know they never called. They do however keep sending text and bills reminding me they want paid.

If you want to get financially screwed call these guys! We had a pipe leaking water and needed it repaired so we can have a foundation company come out and fix our foundation issues because of the leak. They gave us no estimate they did not inform us they charged milage and a travel fee. They must charge almost $200 an hr for labor. If you can't pay your bill off by either cash or check they charge a 3.5% card processing fee. Any account over 30 days is charged an interest rate of 18% per year (1.50% per month) In a world where everything is expensive it would be nice to be informed of all these financial things first before work is done to make sure it's something people can budget for the massive expense.

Hired these guys to do a quick remodel for me on a Taco Bell in Kearney. They handled electrical and plumbing for me, they did a great job, Nash sent out some knowledgeable techs who knew what they were doing. These are fast pace turn around jobs, these guys were willing to show up early, stay late and work Saturdays. Chris, Jeff, Caleb and Zach knocked it out of the park, thanks guys. We have had an issue with our furnace since we bought our home a couple of years ago. The house was always cold in winter, and the electric bill felt like a college tuition payment. We have struggled to find a company that would help identify the problem. We were at our wits end and ready to replace the entire system. While attending a home builders show we stopped by the Andersen Bros booth and wanted to discuss a new system that would not only heat our home, but do it efficiently. They listened to our issue and wanted to send a crew out to look at our system prior to spending additional money replacing it. Within a few days the crew showed up and went to work. After some diagnostics they notified us we didn’t need a new system! A handful of minor settings and install issues by the original installers was the root of our problems. We are beyond blessed that the Andersen team showed up and took care of our system. Their integrity and professionalism are a benchmark of how business should be done.

We lost power due to an electrical issue on the main power line to the house on a Saturday evening. I called three electrical companies that offered "24 hour service". On two of them I left a voicemail. When I called Anderson I got an answering service, a real person that I was able to explain the problem. Shortly after that I got a call from their on-call technician. He gathered my information and then a journeyman electrician, Kelly, called me back shortly after that. We talked through the problem, I sent pictures and information to him on his cell. Given the need for parts and the late hour, we both decided to wait until Sunday morning for him to come to our home and do the repair. He was able to find a wholesale electrical supply house that would open on Sunday morning and he was at our house before noon. He was pleasant, professional and made the repair quickly. After the repair was completed I learned that our house was really outside of their normal service area, but given the emergency they still provided service and made the repair on a Sunday. Kelly did a great job and I can't recommend him or Anderson Bros enough. They have earned my loyalty in the future. Also, I never did hear back from the other two Electrical Companies that clearly proved they don't actually provide "24 hour or emergency service". It is hard to find contractors that care, provide good service and are there when you need them. Anderson proved to me that they are one of those rare companies that do.

The office ladies Mara and Julia are always so friendly and helpful always doing their best to get a repair tech to our business asap. Kelly and Hugo are always great and getting us fixed up and explaining what needed to happen and what repairs they made. Highly recommend!!!

Called on a Friday to have him come to our business to fix our men's room. Not only was he unpleasant to speak to he wouldn't give a straight answer, when I told him we'd really need it done today he said they could probably get out there. I told him if they didn't have time to let me know because again we'd like it done today and if they couldn't we'd call someone else. He said they'd get out there in the afternoon but he'd let me know if they couldn't. Guess what is still not working....OUR MEN'S ROOM! awful customer service, and shitty way to do business. Thanks for nothing!!

We had a backup with one of our drains. The plumber came in and helped us out and gave us some useful tips to ensure we could prevent future buildups. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

Came home to a broken pipe and water spraying! Richie was out quickly after hours and completed the work quickly, efficiently and with care. Was very impressed with his customer service and the speed the work was done in!

Called, said was a week or more waiting. My tenant called they were there that day. A little odd, but ok, was bad gasket on tub leaking. 340$ no new gasket they removed good copper plumbing and installed plastic. When it just needed a gasket, 1 hour work. Beware, get second opinion to verify.

When I called this morning (Friday) I was told a technician would be out this afternoon and they would call before coming. No one ever called and no one showed up. To my amazement, even though their business hours were 8-5 I got a call around 7 pm and Zach said he would be at our house in one hour. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. Our immediate leaky faucet problems were taken care of so we could use our sinks again. A follow up appointment will be scheduled next week when parts are available to fix a floor drain and sump pump. I am very pleased with the service Stageman provided.
