We had a major sewer line blockage. Workman’s gave us a fare estimate and came under the total cost. They explained everything they repaired and did an excellent job in communicating. We’re very pleased and will always use Workman’s. Great employees and office staff.

Logan and Tommy showed up ready to work. We had a minor setback on clearing the main line due to an odd set up on the clean out but they saw the job through, cleared the clog and even took a couple extra steps in what I felt was a nice touch and that they cared about the service they were providing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will use them again.

The 2 men sent to our house were very nice, respectful and after a brief tour and conversation, decided to snake my sewer line guessing the partial block was not deep and it appears the problem is taken care of. For under 2 hours work with no new materials required the price of $360 was a little steep, they did a nice job of cleaning up after completion, they did use a new donut gasket, I forgot under $10 in materials. I have used Workman &Sons 3/4 times now so tho it was a high price when you have plumbing issues you need a professional and that’s what I got.

From start to finish, this was a top notch, positive experience! They had someone to my house to assess the problem very quickly and the turnaround on completing the repair was the fastest I've experienced in the service industry. As for the work(ers), the job was handled with knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. Sam is the man! He had my plumbing issue isolated in about 15 minutes and took the time to explain what was wrong, how he figured it out, and what my options were. Color me grateful and impressed. I truly appreciate when someone takes the time to educate me. When they returned to do the repair, Mason accompanied Sam, and he was equally as pleasant, professional, and helpful. They deserve every penny they make, and then some! They replaced my entire main line from the water meter to the house in a few short hours and aside from the straw covering the new grass seed, you would never know they were here! My hot water tank went out on a Friday around 8pm, called them that night and they came by the next day and installed a new one. They are some great guys and do an amazing job. They had the new one installed in no time. I will definitely be using them again.

I had replaced my old hot water about 4 weeks ago. Paid a different plumber to install the hot water tank which he did. However, we could only get lukewarm water. He came back twice but same results, lukewarm water warm water. Then he had to go out of town. I did a search on line and found Ohio Valley Construction. I read reviews gave them call and they came in a timely matter. They had to re-plumb our water. The problem had to do with an upstairs shower that had a device that would keep the water from scalding. They by pass the problem with rerouting the line. They fixed the problem and we have hot water. Good company, great people. Nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Plumbers came when they said they would on 9/2. That would be the only reason for a 1 star. They spent a couple hours working. Told us he hit mud in our line so it must be collapsed and that we should contact the city to get a new tap. He gave a rough quote of 5-6k and said he'd get us an actual quote the following day. Never did nor did he ever follow up at any point. The city ran a camera and couldn't find a collapsed line. Landlord came by 2 days later. Spent about 6-7 hours unclogging the line. Never hit mud. We've had no issues since. If you don't want to do the job, just say you don't want the job. Very poor business practice.

I’ve received top quality service from the guys at B&B. We were hit with a double-whammy of a broken hot water tank AND service line leak during freezing temps, and these fine folks took great care of us. They were honest and considerate.

Horrible experience—do not recommend. Working with B & B Johnson has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Their dispatchers, Roberta and Heather, have repeatedly hung up the phone on us and become outright nasty when we simply follow up for additional details on jobs. (Please read all the 1 star reviews, there's others that have had the same negative experience with this company). On top of the poor communication, they have exceeded clearly established NTEs without requesting authorization for additional work. Despite not following protocol, they then send invoices and demand payment for unauthorized charges. Unfortunately, this reflects a pattern we often see with poorly run family-owned businesses—lack of accountability, inconsistent communication, and an expectation that rules don’t apply to them. This company lacks professionalism!!! accountability, and basic customer service standards. Save yourself time, money, and stress—do not work with them.

I had a clogged drain under my kitchen sink and realized the P-trap needed replacing. Sparkle plumbing responded quickly, and their technician was very knowledgeable. He explained the issue and replaced the P-trap in no time. The price was reasonable, and the work was top-notch. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely call them again!

Dealt with another plumber on a clogged drain. After a lot of time and money drain was still blocked. Other plumber was almost ready to start removing drywall to cut the line out. I Town plumbing gave me a recommendation over the phone that cleared the drain. I will call I Town plumbing first, they have my business from now on. Highly recommended!

I-Town Plumbing does a great job. I had them install a hot water heater in my basement and the end result was nice and neat! They also keep you in the loop on everything during the whole process so you always know what the next move is.
