Jetter Clean came out to our home that was built in 1957 to clean out couple drains that had been running slow, Mike & Andrew did a great job within one hour these drains were completely clear after many years of build up it is like we have all new drains now. Mike & Andrew were very friendly, professional answered all our questions and we were pleasantly surprised when they gave us the invoice we were expecting the cost to be more. Andrew did an excellent job on cleaning our sewer drain that had spots where tree roots were slowing the draining. Showed up quickly and on time and made sure the issue was resolved. Will use again in the future if needed.

Andrew came out to our place on the farm and got our sewer outlet cleaned and then we had to dig down to the septic tank and clean that as well. He is professional and a hard worker. This was during the winter so not an easy job but he kept at it until all was clean. Thank You Andrew!!

I was having sewer backup issues for several months and had to repeatedly auger my main sewer pipe which was frustrating. Also expensive for all the plumbing service calls needed to clear any blockage. One day it happened , a major sewer blockage that forced any water and debris inside to come out into my basement causing a significant flooding event. I had to remove & throw away all the flooring, walls and furniture that was affected. Then had to Decontaminate & dry everything which was another process to include expensive. I didn’t want to go through this again, so I contacted SD Lining Solutions. Best decision I made! Ben at SD Lining Solutions walked me through the process and scheduled a free inspection of my main sewer pipeline. Bens crew came over and assessed the issue. They were more than friendly and answered any question I had. I was able to visually see with the camera they use, that I had a bad break in a couple areas that needed to be repaired. Ben provided me with a quote for the repair and scheduled his lining team to come over once I gave him the green light. Ben’s lining team was terrific! Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The team repaired the pipe within the day. Awesome process, it’s pretty much like putting in a new main sewer pipeline but less expensive. Ben is more than willing to work with homeowners and anyone else that my get involved with the process. Ben treats you as a human being and not just a job that has to be done. That goes for his whole crew as well. Best money spent! Glad to say I have no more issues and the sense of relief not having to deal with this feels amazing! SD lining solutions I would recommend to anyone. They communicate very well. They work with you on scheduling. Pipe preparation work is a little messy but they clean everything up. Actual pipe lining is fascinating to watch. They explained everything. Showed me before and after with thier camera. They are careful with your property. If u need sewer lining work call them first.

We had recently purchased an older home in Sioux Falls. It was determined that we had main sewer line issues and SD Lining Solutions was recommended to us. Ben brought his equipment over to inspect the sewer, the very same day I contacted him. He made the assessment and gave me my options and rough estimates. I told him I wanted him to do the work; he admitted his company was extremely busy, but he'd do everything he could to get our job done in a timely manner. He did! When I first contacted Howe regarding a plumbing question (sewer smell in master bathroom) Brian proved expert advice on some things that I could try. Water heater was leaking so I was able to text in and set up an appointment. They were able to send Dillon out same day to replace the unit. The team was super friendly and informative. They had it removed and the new one installed in an hour, they took the time to explain proper maintenance and warranty information on the new water heater. All things considered it was a great experience. They have earned my business going forward!!!

Plumber came out and was friendly and very neat and organized. Ran runners to keep the floor clean and covers on his shoes. It was a big job and had to be inspected. He got it inspected , finished and showed me everything he did. Explained the warranty. Dude was a professional all the way. High quality. Would recommend.

We had to completely have all of our sewer lines replaced. Lucas and the Dr Rooter team did an amazing job. Lucas communicated regularly and explained all the details so we knew what was happening. They made a horrible situation so much better. The whole team was great.

Experienced team that goes above and beyond in a timely manner. Initially came over for 1 small project and their attention to detail helped eliminate a bigger problem in the future. Fantastic service. Needed emergency plumber and they quoted us about an hour and a half, but gentleman was here in less than 40 minutes. Explained everything he was doing, super professional and kind to two new home owners. Very reasonably priced too. Service was quick and he was out of here in less than an hour and half.

We had an emergency water heater leak and Mr. Rooter was very responsive and accommodated us quickly. I needed a plumber to assist with installation of a new bathroom faucet. Comfort Heroes was able to send a plumber out within 2 days of my request. The plumber, Joe, was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to complete the installation quickly and efficiently. Great service and a one year warranty to back their work.

Had a great experience with Comfort Heroes and their installation of a Halo 5 water conditioning system. The installation technician, Jeremy, arrived on time, clearly explained the installation process, kept the work area clean and tidy, and walked me through the system afterward. The job was completed in less time than originally quoted. Very happy with the installation and overall experience!

My furnace went out in the dead of winter and these guys were the only ones willing to do an emergency service call. Jeff (HVAC tech) swung by after hours, was professional and courteous, and walked me through the issue. He explained that the part was hard to come by along with a bit of history lesson on that part and gave me different options / recommendations. He got me up and running ASAP and while the furnace was down he recommended some intermediate steps to keep my home warm and undamaged while we waited for parts to arrive.

Had two great experiences with Rogers. They installed a gas line for my gas dryer and a few months later a humidifier to my HVAC. Both times they were timely, cleaned up after, and most importantly did the work well. I will use them in the future.

It's been one year since the installation of a new carrier two stage gas furnace from Rogers. Sales call was professional with all options explained along with cost. Installation went very well Adam and Kevin, very knowledgeable and professional with top-notch work. Efficiency of the new furnace and Central humidifier along with Ecobee, smart thermostat has kept us very comfortable and definitely was the right choice. Very satisfied!

Can’t speak to hvac but recently had them out for a water heater estimate. They charge $100 just to leave the shop and come to your home as a service fee. Also know they collect payment at time of service before leaving your home via portable card reader. The estimate for a 50 gallon water heater was $2700 with no thrills and no bells and whistles. I inquired about a detailed estimate for which it still was not broken down but the gentlemen who did the estimate said he “budgets” a full working day for labor costs. I followed that by asking if the final cost would be less and based on actual labor time to which the response was the estimate is the same as the final cost regardless of actual time spent. Hence the gross over estimation of labor time. Trade off if it happened to take longer wouldn’t be charged more but 8 hours of labor time for a tanked water heater switch out is grossly excessive. We had another local company install and they were done in about 2 hours and charged $1700 for a 50 gallon water heater but with an extra add on booster which makes the 50 gallon size equivalent to about an 85 gallon tank size. I’ll let you math how much the over charge would be with Rogers (hint: about 6hrs x hourly 100-150 per hour guesstimate).

Corey arrived early and was extremely professional from start to finish. He quickly identified and fixed the issue with my shower in no time. It was a pleasure meeting him. He was respectful of my home, kind, and patient, especially with my autistic son, which meant a lot to me. Phone call placed at 9:40 am and had an appointment set for 3 days out . They had a cancelation come through and called me back to get service today. Corey was dispatched and had everything up and running by 2pm for a water heater replacement. Due to the configuration there was some challanges and delays that were unavoidable, regardless , Corey was fast, professional, friendly and great with the pets. I have never called for my own residential plumbing and this has been an exceptionally pleasant experience. I appreciate the time he took to explain what he did and get things done correcty. I was so happy with the service from this business. My water heater went out and they were able to come out and check it the same day. They replaced it the day after. Their communication on the issue was very transparent. They gave me a quote that was very fair and quite a bit lower than competitors in the area. I had Corey and Garrett as my servisers and they were awesome. I will be contacting them again if I have plumbing issues in the future.

Austin was so kind to come do a free estimate to install a new water heater. Previous plumbers told us we needed to replace both thermostats or replace entire unit. Austin came and was not the case at all. He explained the issue, went and got parts and fixed all within a couple hours!! He also sent us videos of the issue and what he did to fix the issues.
