Trevor did a wonderful job at my place. I had a project that required adding new plumbing supply and drain connections and he was able to accommodate that in a timely fashion, and figure out his way around roadblocks that we ran into. The final product looked great, and was functional. He also installed a hot water recirculating pump for me that has been working splendidly since install. I am recommending him to my neighbors who have any plumbing needs!

Awesome experience, Matt is a true professional with a personable touch. He's Extremely knowledgeable. My kitchen sink was clogged and causing my basement to flood Matt walked me through the process as he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Did I mention he came out at 9:30 at night and still had a great attitude. Although I don't want any future plumbing issues, with that being said if I do I'm callng Matt the Plumbing Master. The service technicians who came to the house to replace my sewer line were efficient, knowledgeable, and worked hard to complete the job well and quickly. The sewer line was replaced properly and they cleaned up the dirt and removed the pieces of cement they needed to cut to access the line. Thank you for your work and professionalism.

The team they have is an amazing group of hard dedicated workers that came in droves to ensure me and my family had running water within the same day they promised. If the owner sees this ensure that the gentlemen that worked on my property receive a bonus or a nice catered luncheon or something to ensure you keep those group of guys because I do mean they busted their behinds! The work did seem very pricey however, they did discount me a bit to work with me to get a top tier plumbing system compared to my previous one that will last over the next decade with warranty!

Mike Stiles arrived on time and with the supplies needed for the repair. Prices were reasonable and the work was performed well. Mike was very professional and very informative to all my questions. Kevin Brackett arrived later to inspect the main pipes leading out to street with a camera. He explained the problem with very old pipes and the cost to replace it. They offer a payment plan if I wanted to get that done. I declined at this time. Kevin was very helpful and professional. Thank you both.

I just want to take this time to say Thank You to Air Temp (Al Mayweather, Zachary Maucher, Jason Welch and team). I just moved into my new home with my family after renovations and the HVAC units were old and one went out and the other was barely there. I called Air Temp on Sunday and by Tuesday, I had both units replaced. I could not have asked for a better team. They went over and beyond from sitting down with me and explaining about the top of the line equipment they install and what next steps would be. The technicians came the next day and installed the units. They were excellent in every way. Thank you all so much for helping me to keep my family warm and safe😊

Kyle Kellam did an excellent job and prevented our unit from condensation build-up. If I had not installed the easy trap, my unit was ready to shut down. In addition, he installed the whole-house surge protector, so my house is protected during power outages. Kyle explained everything very well and is knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend his services.

Our heater quit working. Matt was very good! He was very thorough on explaining what the job entailed and showed pictures of the work done. Very courteous and nice. Would recommend him.

Sean arrived to promptly to diagnose my current plumbing issues at hand which includes resin tank servicing on my water softener system. I used Benjamin Franklin plumbing to clean out a wastewater pipe 2 days ago. They did an excellent job. They then offered, at no cost, to come out and put a video camera in the pipe to see if there were any problems. This was an extra service provided by them at no cost. The technician today was very knowledgeable. For this they get another excellent rating. I would recommend this company to others. Thank you for a job well done.

Had a Sump pump issue for a few days. Called our local BF office who we have an Annual account with. Explained our issue and had a Plumber there the next day. He assessed the problem which required a new Sump. It was replaced and functional within 45 minutes of his arrival. He was professional and efficient. Gave use a great price and wonderful service. 1st - it says a lot about a business when another plumbing service / competitor recommends them (Drain Kings). I had an emergency this morning and Drain Kings was booked solid. They recommended I call Price Plumbing and soooo glad that I did. Brenda was great; friendly and eager to help. She told me John would be out and she knew he could help. Well John was a pleasure!!! He was on time, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Price Plumbing truly made a stressful situation “easy”! I wish more businesses made recommendations when they are too busy to help. I honestly commend “both” companies and wish them much continued success. Hats off too Drain Kings who did the right thing and paid it forward.

I don't know what I would have done if they had not been available ! My pipes had a clog which in turn made my toilet overflow at 8pm at night. However, when I called they told me to not worry and that they would be to me within 30.min . I was provided prompt and efficient services well as educated on preventative measures of how to not have a reoccurrence of this issue. Mike and his company has been fantastic to me! Pipes froze first with a bad clog. Following week another frozen pipe with clog. Long hair issues😂 Called them on an Tiesday about needing a toilet and came the next day and installed the toilet, fixing and wax ring within an hour. So thankful for them. My techs Paul and Mark and the rest of the crew came out in the freezing cold ( felt like 2 plus to 10 below outside) to help me with a leaking water service pipe that was located under my driveway. We had a gas leak and needed an urgent gas line repair. Our job involved cutting an existing gas pipe, installing a union fitting/junction, and then re-attaching the pipes securely. The gas line serves my HVAC, water heater, and cook top so the work must ensure safe, reliable gas supply to those appliances. Travis and Wesley came to my property and installed my Heating and Cooling Units. These are the most professional and friendly guys I have ever met! I was at an appointment, and then I got home later, and to my surprise they were almost done!
