Money well spent!!! Adrian replaced some older plumbing in my house. The washing machine drain was clogging because it was not up to code, and Adrian and his partner were able to replace some older cast-iron pipes in my crawlspace. Thanks to them, my wife and I have peace of mind for the Holidays!!!

The receptionist kindly put me on the schedule before the long holiday weekend. Morgan was so helpful ( I had a bunch of questions!!), personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me options and let me decide. I highly reccomend him and will call them again if my main drain backs up.

Tried to get some help tonight. I called Roto-Rooter after hours for my son found out our hot water heater was leaking at 7:30 ish pm. We waited until 9:40 pm and called back. Then finally about 10 mins later the guy finally called and said “I just got home from a job and I’m not going back out.” I understand they do not do hot water heaters but there is a drain that is plugged and my basement is flooded the carpet is soaked and the water is still filling the hot water heater. Worse customer service! Someone could have went to go atlease snaked the drain for me!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I’ve used them repeatedly since 2013. Recently they saved us $6000 on a drain system repair that was misdiagnosed by another company. Today they came out and quickly unclogged a drain for us on short notice with a house full of guests. Friendly, reliable, affordable and professional!!! Two thumbs up!!!

I have had many plumbers come over and clear the roots out of my sewer system. Mike is the most consistent conscientious thorough person I have ever had come over and fix my issues. Nobody cares more about customer satisfaction than him. He truly wants to fix your issues and not drain your wallet. 10/10 every single time. Mike was so kind to squeeze us in last minute when our basement backed up. He came all the way from Casper to Douglas to help us out. We appreciated his willingness to make time for us.

We had a kitchen sink clogged, which ended up having to go deeper into the pipe. We called Casper plumbing at 12:05 PM by 3 PM Daniel Lemons responded! He corrected and fix the issue. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with this young man. He is an excellent plumber/technician. Very professional, kind and courteous. Thank you so much! 2.12.25: we had Daniel return to finish up the toilet seal replacement. He finished efficiently. Its always pleasant. He described the issue and what was being repaired and he sealed around the toilet so it would not move. Had a cast-iron flange that was rusting out bad. Called to have the flange replaced. The plumber didnt remove the old flange. Insisted to remove it we would have to remove concrete. Which was fine, i can tile the floor to raise it instead of doing linoleum, like we originally planned but he installed a repair flange and the flange is not level. He didnt even clean up his mess after even with a broom sitting less than 2 feet away.

Memorial day, I had an issue with my water softener leaking. They are a 24/7 plumbing contractor. I called, and the plumber on call arrived immediately! The service while on "Holiday service " was very reasonable. It is always stressful during an overtime service. The plumber did not waste any time. Wow! I’m super impressed with Plumbing Masters. They were able to fix a plumbing issue caused by another plumber that had told us “nothing more could be done and we would have to live with the leak”. I’m so glad I took a chance on Plumbing Masters and they did not disappoint. Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and very affordable. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all our plumbing needs from now on.

We contacted Plumbing Masters to schedule a quote for a possible leak inside a wall. They were able to come out on Tuesday the 30th. Two technicians arrived, located the leak, and said they needed to leave for another job in Glenrock but would send us a quote in about 20 minutes. At the time, we had an active leak inside a wall with standing water, so getting a price and timeline quickly was important. After waiting three hours with no response, we called the office. The woman who answered said she handles all quotes, that we were second on her list, and that she was putting out other fires. She told us she would get back to us in about 30 minutes. That was three days ago and we still haven't heard back. I am not going to chase someone to give them business. We hired another local company instead.

I had a riser break and Plumbing Master’s came to the rescue. I've used American Plumbing for both major remodeling and simple projects. I am highly satisfied with the quality of work done, this is not a slap it together operation but an example of fine craftsmanship meant to last a lifetime. I also enjoy the willingness to brainstorm about possible future projects and potential improvements. I do not expect any need to have the work redone, but am looking forward to reusing American Plumbing on other projects.
