Great work by plumber Bennett. Bennett arrived on time and did a great job in a timely manner. I learned a few things watching him work and he gave me some advice to keep my drain clean and clear on a daily basis. Highly recommend using Allen’s Plumbing.

We noticed indications of clogged drain pipe on Monday night, 11/24. Called Allens Plumbing on Tue. morning and they managed to get tech to me in late afternoon. He confirmed a drain issue and removed the master toilet to run a snake from there. He managed to get the flow going and also checked the pipe with a camera. Show me a section in the pipe water was still present, which indicated that section was not straight and had dip. This would be an expensive repair if we decided to get it done. In the meantime we will occasionally run some extra water through the drain to try and keep that section clear of debris (like toilet paper). We could have run the snake from a shower stall drain but I wanted the wax ring seal on the toilet replaced anyway. Our tech, Jesse, was very courteous. He did the work very efficiently and explained everything clearly and completely. He kept everything nice and clean. You could not tell any such work had occurred in the bathroom. I was very satisfied with the service and it was well worth the money spent. I will use Allens Plumbing again if the need arises and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Allen's plumbing was great. They accommodated my plumbing needs with no hesitation and on short notice. We are doing a kitchen renovation and run into a plumbing issue. They got the job done quick and fit us in with their busy schedule. I appreciate it and definitely will be using them again in the future.

The plumber came within a hour after the request and conscientiously repaired leaking bathroom valves. It’s great to have plumbing issues resolved right away. Also, I should note, that a different plumber came a few days earlier for a separate issue (to fiix a leaking pipe behind a wall) and again there was expert and meticulous repair. This type of consistency has been standard over several years, even involving more intense tasks than described above, such as rerouting pipes for kitchen and bathroom renovation and sewer line work.

The Best! Responsive, expeditious and awesome they have 100-300foot snakes on their truck with them! Super Proffesional and took care of plumbing backup and fix thoroughly.

I had a clog in our main water line connected to my bathroom sink, and Roto-Rooter were really the only plumbers that would come out at night. Joseph worked overtime on the clog and managed to clear it out in the pipe between units and let me know what was happening the entire time. I am so grateful that he came out the same night, and that he was so patient and kind. He was upfront with how much it.costs and was willing to write out all the details on the report and let me take photos of the paperwork just in case. Basically the best service anyone can get! Thank you so much to Joseph and all the Roto-Rooter staff that helped facilitate the call for me, and I hope they all get well-deserved recognition from the company for going above-and-beyond! Joseph especially went out of his way to come out at 9:30pm while remaining professional, courteous, and knowledgeable all the way through!

I was looking for same day service because I had a backup on the main pipe abs needed it unclogged. I waited a little while for Aaron to show up but really nice guys and great fast service! We are very happy with their service and communication! We called them when our hot water tanks suddenly stopped producing hot water. The office staff was incredibly helpful — a lady took the time to walk us through some basic troubleshooting over the phone before even scheduling a service appointment, which we really appreciated. Since our tanks were nearing the end of their lifespan, we decided to replace them. There was absolutely no sales pressure. They provided a clear quote on the spot and gave us several options to choose from. Aaron was especially helpful and communicated directly with our electrician to make sure everything was coordinated properly before installation. When they discovered the opening was too narrow to remove the old tanks, instead of cutting into the drywall, they carefully cut the tanks in half to avoid damaging the wall. We truly appreciated that extra effort to keep everything clean and intact. They are knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and communicate exceptionally well. I am so blessed by P & S plumbing Honolulu! I found a slow leak in my apartment. My maintenance man found the problem and called P & S Plumbing Honolulu. To my surprise they came the same day, and was an hour and fifteen minutes earlier than they promised! That was impressive to say the least! Aaron and Mike were professionals in every sense of the word! They were very kind and respectful! Twenty minutes later, they were done! Wow! And they cleaned up to! They are truly a BLESSING! 5 Star Experience!! Rance O is professional, knowledgeable, and awesome!! He helped get rid of my clog on the day before Christmas Eve!! And he took the time to explain a lot of things to me. I asked him to utilize his camera system so I could see for myself what was going on and I learned A LOT!! And he charges very reasonable prices!! Doesn’t over sell, as if he was a family member of mine just trying to solve my issue!! Well of course he’s a Pearl City Charger!!!

Rance came out to clear a stubborn kitchen drain that was completely clogged with grease and did an awesome job. He used a jetter to fully clear the line and then ran a camera through the pipes to make sure everything was clean and flowing properly. Super professional, explained what he was doing, and didn’t rush the job. Really appreciated the extra step of confirming the pipes were clear. Highly recommend.

Same day service on a Monday too! Called for slow draining pipes. Lance came down and snaked it but it was too big of a clog so he hydrojetted it. Years worth of build up came out. These guys are pros and I highly recommend their quality work and expertise!

Communication with this company is abysmal. Initial contact was promising, but they became completely unreachable for follow-up for over a week—no returned calls, no replies to texts, nothing. When this was later raised as a concern, their response was "we were busy" and "you can always look for someone else," followed by hanging up the phone (!). Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time.

We ran into an unexpected jam with our tub and shower renovation and the Prestige guys came next day to take a look, and knocked out the job the next morning! Fair price and a job well done. Highly recommend!

John was great to work with. He returned my call right away and came by that evening to give me an estimate. The job was to replace my old cracking cast-iron drains; it was not yet leaking so it was not an emergency job. He was very easy to work with and very informative. He explained in detail everything that needed to be done and made sure that I understood. He also gave some options on how I could proceed with the whole job at once or if I wanted to do it in phases. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and clear in his explanations. The price for his work was significantly less than the competition. I will definitely call John for future plumbing needs.

I was so happy that they were to send a technician out the same day I called to get my hot water restored. One cold shower was more than enough! Neil was very helpful, efficient and professional. Very happy with the results.

Cast iron sewer line was deteriorated on our 50-year old slab-on-grade house. Line kept on clogging every few months. After scoping the line with a camera, found that some of the connecting joints deteriorated so badly that the clamps connecting the joints collapse into the pipe. Pipe Masters developed a couple of repair options and the one we selected was a combination of: (1) using a fiberglass epoxy sleeve in the main line for about 25'; (2) epoxy coating the 2-1/2" branch lines (bathrooms); and (3) installing a new 4" ABS pipe on the outside of the house. Since the mainline traversed through the middle of the house, a pit had to be dug in the slab in one room to uncover the collapsed area, and a trench had to be dug to the outside wall for the new ABS line connection. After uncovering a section of the pipe, found that the bottom of the mainline was deteriorated so badly that the bottom of the pipe actually rotted out completely. Work took approximately 7-days, and we were totally satisfied with the work performed by Pipe Masters. Great communications regarding when workers would be on site, and workers were diligent and very professional.

Originally I wanted to do a renovation in my apartment but that proved a bit expensive and I required a permit to have a tub to shower conversion. I opted to have my shower/tub repaired from damaged caused by me doing a DIY repair. The tub spout diverter had not been working properly thus I attempted to remove it. Apparently the pipe had corroded enough that a slight counter-clock wise twist caused it to break away from the wall. I contacted Pipe Master and they attempted to squeeze me into their busy schedule. That didn't work out at first, but we managed to find a date for the repair. Props to Pipe Master for giving me text alerts on when they dispatched the plumber. They also gave me a live status update on the plumber's progress to my home. Once the plumbers arrived at my home, they went straight to work. I had no issues with them doing their work. Heck, I had more issues with management turning on/off the water. Their plumbers did work within the specified time given to me by Pipe Masters. In addition, they did 1st time quality work. They did a great job changing out the shower valve and putting in new pipe for the tub spout. There were no leaks when the manager brought the water back online. Not much else to say. I appreciate their rep Irvin for helping me schedule my repair, help me with my quote, do my payment, and answered any questions I had. I will hire this company again whenever I have another plumbing issue.

Jeremy my plumber was awesome! He explained in detail the options on my shower valve and washer pipe fixture’s where I could understand. Excellent service, very respectful, and fast at getting the job done. He came immediately on an after hours on-call and I appreciated that. I would recommend this company and him to many. Was able to book same day on a Sunday. From dispatch to appointment the customer service was outstanding. Finally after living in our home for 20 plus years a plumber took the time to explain why our water valves weee failing so often. Calcium! We could tell this plumber cared about us and not just about getting paid. Jeramy Thomason was amazing! 100 plus stars for caring and explaining how we can prevent this cycle of valve failure.
